The Conservatory Bar was recently awarded an official ‘glass rating’ from the Australian wine list of the year awards ceremony in 2021.
While The Conservatory Bar has a main focus being on Australian wines (upwards of 300 different producers) there is still a broad selection of fine wines from the rest of the world too plus an extensive list of craft beers and a constantly evolving list of cocktails.
A unique and attractive building, from the outside The Conservatory Bar has the appearance of a traditional Queenslander style property mixed with an Old English Colonial building.
From the inside, London Gentlemen’s Club meets modern day Speakeasy. Furnished with fine antiques, comfortable chairs, chandeliers, chesterfield seating and our 270 year old tavern clock.
The Conservatory bar offers a sophisticated yet welcoming atmosphere whether you are on your own, meeting someone or just need a place to gather with friends.

Monthly Wine Tasting Evening
Each month The Conservatory Bar holds a Wine Tasting evening where you can sample different regional wines accompanied with a grazing board. Book early though as the allocated amount of spaces are normally reserved quickly.
