Rest and Restore – Half Day Retreat (Atherton)
YOGA, MEDITATION and SELF CARE
2pm – 6pm
$80 per person – bookings essential
What the day will look like:
1.45 am arrival for an 2pm start
(2.00-2.15) Open space – drumming and opening prayer
(2.15 – 3.15) Meditation (guided Vipassana and White diamond light)
(3.15 – 4.30) Restorative Yoga
(4:30 – 5:30) Individual Energy healing + Relaxation.
(5.30 – 6.30) Closing circle – debrief
What to bring: all yoga and meditation props and mats will be provided (but you are welcome to bring your own).
Wear comfortable warm / layered clothing and bring a water bottle and a blanket.
Your Hosts:
Keoni from Smile Yoga is a highly experienced yoga instructor with over 9 years of teaching experience, formally trained in multiple styles including Hatha, Restorative, Yin, Prenatal, Postnatal, and Kids Yoga. Keoni guides students through diverse yoga practices aimed at enhancing students physical, mental, and emotional well-being. She ensures each session is engaging, safe, and accessible for all, providing personalised modifications and adjustments to meet individual needs, while creating a welcoming and inclusive class environment.
Robyn has been a dedicated meditator throughout her life, embarking on a profound spiritual journey. She practiced Buddhism for 15 years and Raja Yoga before becoming an energy healer and Reiki practitioner. In January of this year, she received the White Light Diamond activation and now wishes to share this experience with others.
