Maifest! It’s the Maypole Festival at the German Club.
What a fantastic way to celebrate Australian Autumn in Cairns: Where the weather is better than Spring in Europe!
The German Club Cairns is trotting out the May pole and the Enzian Kids will be putting on another great show in an Oktoberfest party atmosphere at 57 Winkworth Street – and we have some of the best local arts and crafts people with their goods at our May Markets in the Beer garden!
Maypole dancing, our markets and other great folk dances Enzian kids group will really capture your imagination.
So get your dancing shoes polished, your lederhosen out and think party because it will all be happening again at the #GCC for our big night of celebration.
