Trivia Answers:

Answer 1:The team at Adllins are committed to giving back to the community they love! Recently, we commenced in a volunteer capacity, tutoring young Indigenous Australians to support their education through the AFL Cape York Boarding facility.
Answer 2: The first year I commenced in Media, I was part of the working group who were assigned the task to commence the expansion from print into the ever-evolving digital space. From that day in the industry only one thing has remained the same, ongoing change is inevitable.
Answer 3: Currently we have fourteen staff across the business unit including one team member located in regional Victoria as part of our expansion which occurred in 2021. We’re always on the look out for new local team members to join the family!
Answer 4: Great question! I learnt early in my career that attitude is everything. Having the right people within your business is crucial to your growth and ultimately your long-term success. Don’t ever employ solely based on skillset, a potential employee with 80% skillset and 120% attitude will always be a far better pick than someone with 120% skillset and an 80% attitude. The beauty of creating the right TEAM!
Answer 5: “Defeat is not declared when you fall down. It’s declared when you refuse to get up.” – Manoj Arora
